Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
Absolutely not! It’s a common question we come across frequently.
Although a podiatrist is often considered a specialist, it is not necessary to get a referral from your GP before you’re able to book an appointment. However, if you do have a doctor’s or professional referral, please inform us when you book your appointment.

What are the payment modes accepted?
We accept PAYLAH, bank transfer or cash (exact amount) payment modes. Although we accept cash, we encourage and prefer contactless payments modes. There are no additional fees associated with contactless payment modes.
We also do not charge GST in our products and services. Payments are to be made at the end of service before the practitioner leaves premises.
Can you bill my insurance provider directly?
Unfortunately, we do not do direct billing. You will have to pay first and claim from your provider later (do check with your provider if they cover podiatry first). Some insurance providers may need a GP's referral to process a successful claim, therefore please check with you provider for the requirements.
Why do I need to place a non-refundable deposit despite confirming my appointment?
We operate solely on an appointment basis and the practitioner travels to your location. Therefore, to avoid/reduce last-minute cancellations while the practitioner is already traveling on the way to your appointment, this terms is compulsory. The deposit will be offset from the final bill.
I need to reschedule my appointment. Will my deposit be forfeited?
No. As long as you notify us by a call / WhatsApp message 24 hours prior to your appointment, your deposit will not be forfeited. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.
Can you give me a mc (medical certificate)?
No. We can provide you a time off slip from work or an excuse letter for sports/ footwear/ reduced activities etc. (case-by-case basis) for school/ work if required.
